This one day camp is for students who want to play Tennis Tournaments and Junior Varsity or Varsity High School Tennis.
We start by teaching how to play varsity matches and tournaments. How to mentally and physically prepare for a tennis tournament.
Students learn to analyze and read match statistics.
We teach singles, doubles and mixed doubles strategies. Serving strategy.
Students will play a lot of matches. We will show them how to add power to their game, and find holes in their opponent's court.
Rules of Tennis will be reviewed as well as Tennis Etiquette.
Learn how to improve Match-Play Performance in this one day, seven hour camp.
Lunch is included.
